Description

The Design

Our quotation prints come exactly as pictured, printed onto A4 280gsm gloss paper. All prints come unframed, ready for you to frame.

Once your order has been placed through the website, you’ll be added to the print queue, as each design is printed to order. We aim to dispatch your print within 5 working days. Please email us with your order number if you require your print for a certain date, as we’ll always try our best to accommodate any requests.

Want it customised?

If you would like to change the wording on your print to a quotation of your choice or change the colour and design, custom prints are available for £16.

Please email hello@sobetty.com with the name of the print(s) you’d like to customise, and we’ll create a listing for you to purchase. We will respond to your enquiry ASAP, and no longer than 24 hours. You’ll get to see a proof of your customised print before we proceed with printing, and make any amendments to ensure you’re happy with the design.

Please note: If the print you’d like to customise is on sale, the discount will be applied to your custom order too. It is an additional £4 for customisation, so you’ll pay just £4 more than the print’s sale price.

Your print will come printed onto 280gsm gloss card, unframed.

The frames pictured are for illustrative purposes only, and are not supplied by So Betty.

Should you wish to print at a different size, just let us know and we can trim your order to size, or provide pricing for large format printing.

Postage

A4 prints and below will come packaged in a protective layer of cellophane, and sent in a board backed envelope via first class post. Please remove the print from the cellophane with care, to avoid damage from the adhesive.

A3 prints will be rolled in a tube and sent via second class post. On removing the print from the tube, as this has been rolled you’ll need to lay this on a flat surface for up to 24 hours. Please do not try to roll your print the opposite way as this can cause damage.
